Vincent was able to repair our chimney leak by sealing bricks and re pointing. Although he was hard to get a hold of, his work was outstanding and our chimney hasn’t leaked in over 8 months. I've had ongoing issues with spalled bricks the last couple years and a repair that apparently didn't correct the problem. Vincent was knowledgeable, and straightforward. He called out the lack of a liner for my newer high efficiency boiler and the poor waterproofing the last person did. He had a very reasonable quote for the work he planned to do, similar to another highly rated mason but much lower than the "big company". He and his team came out, knocked off the work with care, fixing the spalled bricks, putting in a new liner and redoing the crown. His sprayer broke while doing the waterproofing but was out the next week to finish the job despite me already paying him in full.
